| Abstract: |
| The soft-shelled turtle egg contained freeze powder of 30.61%, the crude protein of 50.01%, and phospholipids of 12.74%. TLC showed that there were 5 phospholipid components in the soft-shelled turtle egg and 3 phospholipids in both quailegg and pigbrain. |
