| 采用肌肉和皮内混合免疫方法，将乙肝疫苗给猪接种。全程免疫5次，2个月后，取脾脏和淋巴结制成口服抗乙肝转移因子。在小鼠体内进行了白细胞粘附抑制试验，结果表明口服抗乙肝转移因子具有依赖抗原的特异性免疫活性。 |

| Abstract: |
| Pigs were immunized with hepatitis B vaccine intramuscularly andintracutaneously for five times after every ten days. Two months later, the pig spleen and Lymphnode were drawn to make oral administrating Anti-Hepatitis B Transfer Factor (Anti-HBTF).The result of the Leukocyte Adhesion Inhibition Assay in the mouse indicated that the Anti-HBTF possessed the antigen-dependent immune activity. |
