| 研究了金属离子Mn2+、Fe2+、Zn2+对枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillussubtilis)转酮酶(EC2.2.1.1)缺失突变株FBL04-531D-核糖合成的影响。发现Mn2+对该突变株合成D-核糖和形成芽孢具有非常显著的影响。 |

| Studies on the Relation Between Metal Ions and the Synthesis Of D-Ribose by Bacillus subtilis Mutant |

| Abstract: |
| The effects of metal ions(Mn2+,Fe2+of Zn2+)on the synthesis ofD-ribose by transketolase-deficient Bacillus subtilis mutant were studied in this paper.The results showed that Mn2+ influenced the D-ribose synthesis and the spore formation obviously. |
