| 以珍珠贝母为原料,通过细胞自溶破壁,使牛黄酸溶出,以离子交换树脂法提取纯化溶液中牛磺酸.实验结果表明:细胞自溶破壁的最佳条件为温度40℃,pH5.5,自溶时间40 h;纯化可使牛磺酸量占氨基酸总量的80.6%,回收率为87.5%. |

| Purification of Taurine from Dicksoniaceae |

| Abstract: |
| ion:A procedure for isolating taurine from raw material-atuopepsia dicksoniaceae was developed. In the course of the process, taurine was released from the cells by means of cell autolysis. The results indicated that the optimal coditions was 40℃, pH5.5 and preheating for 40 hours. Taurine was purified with ion-exchanger chromatography. The content of taurine in the product was 80.6%. The yield of taurine was 95%. |
